that today is Elvis' 74th birthday ~ Elvis would be 74 years old ~ I vividly remember that the very first 45 record I ever bought was "Don't Be Cruel" ~ I played it SO much that my parents took to threatening me ~ Image ~ I cannot grasp the concept of Elvis at 74 ~

I also read that Elvis' hair was naturally blonde. He dyed it for a movie and kept it that way ever since.

Great pics, Sammy ~ his features really didn't change very much at all ~ the adult Elvis is easily seen in those pics, especially the first one ~ and as today's bit of personal trivia, I was VERY blond until I was about 7 or 8 ~

I was born with no hair. Image

When I got hair it didn't know what color it wanted to be. It finally decided dark brown. Then it all turned gray when I was 21 so it didn't matter any more. Image
