I'm hoping O'Keefe's frenzy to "get" everything progressive will earn him an extended federal "vacation" ~ Sooz

The FBI has arrested four men -- including conservative anti-ACORN filmmaker James O'Keefe -- for attempting to interfere with the phone system in Sen. Mary Landrieu's (D-La.) New Orleans office.

LOL ~ I truly LOVE the lawyer's comment in the last "Update" that "I don't think there was any intent or motive to commit a crime." ~ yeah, right ~ they just didn't care that a law prohibited what they wanted to do ~

Points of interest here ~ the Rs keep trumpeting the ACORN "expose" but fail to mention that a couple of ACORN employees got nailed [and rightfully so] but that ACORN was cleared of all charges and the investigation closed ~ the Rs also fail to mention that O'Keefe has been accused [altho I don't know if the investigation is ongoing or dropped] of illegal filming for his "expose" ~ but I find it very ironic that O'Keefe was acclaimed for exposing ACORN's alleged-but-disproven "unethical behavior" while using unethical, if not illegal, behavior himself ~ O'Keefe immediately became the newest darling of the Rs ~ but now, with this felony arrest, O'Keefe "... doesn't necessarily represent the Republican Party.â€
