Oskar

Thanks for letting me know and I should have known that since he is much like the other posters from Canada, in being very cooperative and He brings up very good points many times...

Hi Sid, another question for you.  36 years ago, a college acquaintance of mine gave me a book called Sidartha which I never read and believe I still have. Does your nic come from that book and what is it about?  I was then studying philosophy and so was the guy who gave me the book.  A bit of a cheek Sid, I thought I'd ask, all the same.

I chose the name based on the title of book among other thing. Although I never got the chance to read it in its entirety (do you believe it? someone stole it...) it is about Sidartha Gautama Buddha.

I hope it's as cold in Halifax as it is in Maryland, today.

LOL, oskar ~ it is some bizarre tribal practice here that many men wear denim shorts [usually cut-offs] with athletic shoes and parkas all winter, no matter the weather ~ Image
