A subject near-and-dear to my heart ~ I am generally pro-union ~ admitting that my personal experience is limited to the Chicago Teachers Union, I can't give that specific teachers union a total pass on not being part of the problem ~ but this is a terrific read that ably identifies the real crux of the problem ~ Sooz
