Dead man to be sued over flying body parts

An 18-year-old man who was hit and killed by a train in 2008 will be the subject of a present-day lawsuit after an appellate judge ruled that a woman injured by his flying body parts may pursue a claim against his estate.

Ruling that the man was negligent, and that the result was “reasonably foreseeable,â€

The dead man's family should sue the railway company for poor station design that allowed him to attempt the crossing in the first place.

Everything is connected... maybe the railway company can sue the designers of the railway station. Maybe the designers can sue the manufacturers of the rail stock for poor standards....

How far do you want to take this stupidity?
