Canada played the 3rd period like cocky jerks.

IMO, no gold for Canada unless they chage the attitude. The killer instinct isn't there.

"If you can't dazzle them with your brilliance - baffle them with your bullshit." Seems Denmark got baffled.

The Russians, Swedes and USians won't feel sorry for anybody. They're out to win.

In oder to avoid relegation the US must beat Canada and Denmark must beat Finland - both unlikely.

Edit: Sorry guys. The US is no longer a factor. The best result that can be hoped for is 7th place. The Canada-US game tonight is rather anti-climactic.

But the "gotta beat Canada" attitude might result in a great game. One can only hope.

Half way through the 1st period I knew we would lose.  

Canada won bronze.
At least Sweden beat the Russians 1-0 in overtime for the gold medal so it wasn't all bad.
