What's up with all these women named Rice serving as Secretary of State?! And they're both black women even.

It's not exactly like "Rice" is a common name. I've never met anyone named Rice in my entire life.

Where are all the conspiracy nuts? Why aren't they all over this?! There's gotta be a conspiracy involved with two black women both named Rice becoming Secretary of State
