I believe it is highly unlikely that Obama would approve this pipeline without a current environmental impact study ~ and, if I'm remembering correctly, 60 days is not enough time for a full investigation and report ~ and I know that that info was made public when the GOP/TP made their demand for a 60-day deadline ~ Sooz
