Maybe if it were only one or even two [rogue] staffers, it would be easier to believe that Scott Walker was not involved in this on some level ~ I'm thinking, given how big this is turning out to be, Walker is either an incompetent manager or he's the ultimate target of the investigation ~ Sooz
