Was there an attempt to change the Senate rules or did the Dems chicken out again?

I didn't hear anything about it today ~ but I'm pretty sure they have a window of several days ~

Sooz... from what I heard on MSNBC: The Senate has ONE day to change the rules. The change that was made was to allow several days to change the rules. So we are on Day 1.3.

actually, Reid made a rule change to change the definition of "day" to equal THREE WEEKS.
