it is not a matter of being impressed.
i posted it because it challenges the perception about him being a big government anti business guy.

I was wondering how to comment on that. He's held civil service salaries stable since 2010. He approved a .5 percent increase in March. He's attempting to reel it in.

the other point is this: any idiot can make the government create jobs, right? just expand the military or the spying apparatus like Bush did, and BINGO, you are done.
