I had a few minutes of shock and confusion when I read the headline. The feeling lingers as I type this. One year? Only?
It seems like forever ago. So much has happened since, so many other tragedies that I think my brain is trying to cope with that time frame. It's surreal.

I really hate the feeling of "the more things change, the more they stay the same", roseanne ~ in case you missed it, our "Memorial Service For Aurora Victims And Pro-Gun Rally To Coincide" thread got my blood pumping the other day ~
