Since you can't see the video, here's what happened:

Two men, pretending to be gay, went to Alabama and Mississippi -- presumably the two most homophobic states in the nation -- to see how people would react.

They went to a state fair to have their picture taken together, and to a waffle house (where one man proposed to the other).

But the "surprise" was: Instead of encountering homophobic remarks, everyone -- everywhere -- took it all in stride, and applauded when the second man accepted the marriage proposal made by his boyfriend in the waffle house.

Sometimes having our prejudices exploded is a good thing.
