I'm thinking that depends on the definition of "terrorist" being used ~ some cases likely fit all the definitions ~ all I'm saying is that each case is different and should be weighed on its own merits ~

And that's what I'm saying. Might as well start calling bank robberies terrorism as well.
What the hell, toss in parking tickets into the "terrorism" category. Should make for some interesting court cases, eh?

that's possible, actually. i was operating from the premise that they were, in fact terrorists. it seemed the most likely to me. the target seems so political to me that the possibility didn't occur to me.

They targeted soldiers rather than politicians though nutter #2 had a half-hearted go at Parliament.
