Bummer. The Russians had to avenge last year's loss. They probably were pumped up. I haven't even had a chance to see a game yet this year.

Ever hear of a team called the Flyers? The Broad Street Bullies? Bobby Clarke? All those guys played Jr A back in the day.

I actually went to a Flyer's game in person once. It's fun if you're in the stands.

I have enough trouble loving the Phillies and the Eagles. (Last week's Cowboys game was brutally nerve wracking!) I can't take on a third sport. This fandom is exhausting. LOL!!!

I will definitely be there for the USA in Sochi next month.

I prefer hockey, any division and Canadian football over US pro football, but college football is still my sport of choice.

Bobby Clarke and I grew-up and played a lot of hockey together.

Canada totally dominated by Finland.
My prediction was that we'd get Bronze, if lucky. We'll be facing the Russians for that Bronze.

All we did during the winter was play hockey and fight, hangout at the Northern Café and fight or go to the Friday night dances at the Community Hall and fight before going back to the Northern and.....In between times we just sharpened our skates and sticks. Nobody had teeth.

To be honest, I don't know where Bobby lost his front ones. It was probably while he was with the FF Bombers but it may have been after he joined Philidelphia. Of course, except on tv I never saw him without them...or the falsies.
