LOL, we've never had a complaint before and have always been happy with the service we get. However, I ordered a Christmas tree on sale at Walmart.ca. It was being shipped by Canada Post for pick up at our local postal outlet. I got an email with a link to CP for tracking.
The first email said that it had left Mississauga and was in transit, with an expected delivery date of Jan. 6th. No problem. Then the delivery date changed to Jan. 2. Great! However, it still shows in transit, although the dialog shows that it is at the "local delivery facility". Whatever that is. lmao
I wonder who writes their little blurbs that appear when an item is scanned? Probably the same type of person who writes owner's manuals or assembly instructions.
