LOL, we've never had a complaint before and have always been happy with the service we get. However, I ordered a Christmas tree on sale at Walmart.ca. It was being shipped by Canada Post for pick up at our local postal outlet. I got an email with a link to CP for tracking.

The first email said that it had left Mississauga and was in transit, with an expected delivery date of Jan. 6th. No problem. Then the delivery date changed to Jan. 2. Great! However, it still shows in transit, although the dialog shows that it is at the "local delivery facility". Whatever that is. lmao

I wonder who writes their little blurbs that appear when an item is scanned? Probably the same type of person who writes owner's manuals or assembly instructions. :b

That's a demented, drug addicted, simple minded dwarf who dwells deep in the bowels of a basement beneath the Toronto subway system. He also writes Ikea assembly instructions.

Why would you even need instructions for assembling IKEA products? :g

To find out that Part A only looks identical to Part 397C but is really 1/1000 of an inch shorter and has one extra and unnecessary hole.

Nothing wrong with Ikea stuff that a saw, hammer. a few nails and some duct tape can't fix, right Jab.

Well, duh.
It's to correct that 1/1000 inch muck-up.

Yeah! You use the saw to cut two inches off the bottom. Nail two inches of plywood to the place where you cut off the two inches of pressboard and then add a slice of duct tape. Then you go to the other side and sand it down until the whatchamacallit doesn't wobble - well, at least not much - anymore and Bob's your Uncle.
