It's about 4minutes long and makes you shake your head. This person should not have a license. Unfortunately, with all immigrants, they don't even have to take a road test if they have a license from their country of origin. Just show your license, pay and viola' your licensed here. Sigh. She got a $115 ticket after the footage from a store camera was shown to the police. Not sure about the collision portion, although she said she didn't know she had hit a car?!

YIKES!!! ~ I note the driver didn't even notice the car that was in her/his way pulled out ~ but one question: do you know for a fact this was an immigrant? ~ I ask because rotten drivers are in plentiful supply all over ~

No I do not sooz, but it's a pretty sure bet. We have tons and tons of immigrant drivers here and many times we'll see some stupid driving maneuver and try to guess the nationality of the driver. Most of the time, we are right. Older Asian drivers drive a "certain way" that is hard to explain. Middle Eastern drivers (a LOT of the taxi drivers here) drive another way.....like Mario Andretti, weaving in and out at high speeds. I'm sure a lot of their driving habits have been brought with them from their country of origin.

I am not trying to be racist or trying to stereotype, it's just the way it is.
