You will note how this guy threatens several times to shoot the President and then tries to procure a high powered rifle to carry out the deed. He is charged with several offences but, probably since he isn't a Muslim, none of them relate to terrorism. He's just a run-of-the-mill Aryan Nations criminal exercising his NRA given rights to get himself a gun.
