This is the definition of a psychopath, Exhibit A: someone who has no capacity or ability to empathize with others, who sees everything through a lens of what it will do for them.

McConnell gross suggestion that states should file for bankruptcy, threatening the services to millions of citizens, exemplifies a man who has zero sense of responsibility to his people or his country.

He also framed such in a strictly partisan manner, referencing the hardest hit states as "blue states" in an interview on Fox News, of course, feeding his self serving propaganda.

Ironically though McConnell failed to mention that it's those very blue states that by their higher earnings capacity, that carry the red states every year and have for decades if not for the entire history of the country.

In most functional organizations leaders or department heads are removed when it becomes clear that their behavior and/or decisions threaten the welfare of the organization.

Unfortunately with our current dysfunctional inept, broken electoral system and thriving propaganda, people like McConnell remain and contribute to the painful and slow process of institutional failure.
