Just in case there's somebody out there that doesn't think there's a problem with the police

“Please don’t do this to me,” the child said to an officer in Rochester, N.Y. “You did it to yourself, hon,” the officer replied.

The police appear to regard her as a disrespectful and disobedient teen rather than a 9 year old in crisis.

It's creepy how those cops seemed to ENJOY hurting her. Not one whiff of remorse or compassion.
