My guess is that, at the end of the day, the jury will claim it was just an accident or the result of poor training and acquit him since he had no intention of killing Floyd. He won't get his job back and half the country will go up in flames.

if he gets sentenced along guidelines, he will spend the rest of his life in prison.

Given how quickly the verdict came back it's clear the jurors had no doubts - nothing to debate.

10 hours is just barely enough to review the evidence.

If the jurors had any questions it would have taken far longer than that. And you can expect that they would have returned to ask the judge for guidance on points of law.
