Nothing to get excited about- last line "there is sufficient gray area at the moment" pretty much insures there will no action taken. But it might be nice to know.

OTOH, if Russian ownership does show up it gets included in the embargo of all things Russian. Imagine FOX getting shut down as an enemy of the state.
