Ok, so I watched this as a sub because all of my regular shows have ended for the season. Pleasantly surprised! Anne Heche plays a suburban wife who has an accident and thinks she is chanelling God. It's presented nicely, with her doubting what "god" tells her to do and stumbling along since she was a raging alcoholic party girl before. It is lighthearted and funny. Not mocking religion, yet not preachy. More about doing what is right.

Too bad it got cancelled. I'm watching on a Canadian tv station's web site, so I guess the picked up the one season as a substitute for summer viewing. Maybe some other network will continue with it.
