I saw a Helen Keller quote today and that sent me searching for a digital copy of her autobiography. I found it online and since hubby hogs the table, I have been reading it at the computer. I don't think I ever read the book, but only watched the movie "The Miracle Worker". The movie took a lot of dramatic license in the telling and it really doesn't convey her journey as well, imo. There is a short clip of Anne Sullivan and Helen from 1930 online too. How fascinating! As an Alabamian, I've always been keenly interested in her and her story, so it's fun to be reading the book. First link is the digital book. Second one is the video/film.

Wow! I'd never seen that clip before!

I remember reading a children's version of "The Miracle Worker" one hot summer day at my granny's house.
