So, hubby and I love Elementary. Lucy Lu is fantastic as "Joan Watson" and Johnny Lee Miller is brilliant!

Because of that, and because there is nothing on lol, we decided to give Sherlock a try. BBC Canada is showing the first season and we watched the first episode. We really liked Benadict Cumberbatch in Star Trek Into Darkness as Khan and in The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey as the Necromancer. We also liked Martin Freeman, who plays "John Watson" in Sherlock, as Bilbo Baggins in the newest Hobbit movies.

Sherlock is great! A lot of humor. I think Elementary must be the "American" version, but they both have their attractions. Sherlock is a 2 hour series, so one must be committed to watching it (or recording it on DVR for later ). Elementary is one hour.

Anyway, both are good and if you don't get Sherlock, watch Elementary. You'll be entertained.
