Obviously I'm not Jab ~ :b ~ but I know he likes teamviewer, which is the one he has used with me ~ he'll be able to give you more details, but you can check it out at the link ~

Thanks, Sooz. He used a remote viewer to help me out some time ago but I didn't remember which one.
