When I access The Raw Story and a couple of other sites I regularly visit, I'm now getting a message at the bottom that says: "Do you want to open or save analytics.js from a.sitemeter.com" ~ I can cancel the message and move freely around the site, but each new page I access brings the message back ~ I'm guessing that's reactivating the sitemeter ~ but I'm not sure why I'm suddenly getting the message and if it's safe to just "run" or "open" ~

My biggest gripe for Win. 7. I get constant crap like that and this:

Do you want IE to remember your password for "whatever site"?

Drives me nuts.

I wouldn't, Sooz. I would run every spybot, malwarebytes etc.
VoC doesn't use "sitemeter. I'm suspicious of a.site... and and the javascript "js" extension.
