a neighbor is unable to open a pdf file on her ipad? ~ it opens fine on her pc ~ any suggestions for what she should check or try will be appreciated ~

I wasn't kidding but I have an android and no iPad.
I had to download an app to view pdf files. I'm sure Apple has such apps too.
