Ok, so we got a printer for our part-time job of managing the rental pool here. Unpacked, plugged in, did driver install. All seamless.......Then! Yikes! Trying to figure out how to use the features caused major headache. Why can't anything be straightforward anymore? Have ONE stupid control panel for all features, such as scanning to documents would be so much easier. But, NOOOOO, have to go to "IJ Scan Utility" and input everything from there. Then for copies, have to go to "My Printer" and select number of copies etc.
There is a stupid desktop icon that has all sorts of features, but they are useless for my purposes. The online and installed instructions are freaking confusing. Everything I've found, I've done by trial and error.

Guess I shouldn't complain. Paid all of $40 for it on sale.

edited to add: I don't even know if it will work with Win10. Not included in the operating systems listed, so it will be a crap shoot when or if I install Win10. lmao
