Dumb question, but how do I save "location" for sites like grocery stores? I go to their site, then have to put in a postal code. That's aggravating because I shop in other towns. It's either that, or if it's a bigger city, I have to then pick the store in that city. I want to be able to access the current sales flyer for the stores I frequent.

I have my internet settings set to delete cookies and browser history. Does it have something to do with that?

I also play an online game that at one time saved my game. Now I have to start over every time.

I haven't changed any settings, but I know that Windows updates can do that.

Thanks for any help.

Gotta have specializes if you want a site remember your choices.
Some sites ask you to make a certain branch" your store". That choice is referenced in the cookie.

huh?

So, is there a way to save just certain cookies or do I have to keep them all? Is there any danger in keeping all of them?

Phone auto-correct.
"Gotta have cookies".... Geez, how in the world did that happen? :angry
With CCleaner you can exclude certain cookings from being deleted.

LMAO! Yesterday I texted hubby what was suppose to be: Are you with Banff Adventures? (a group that wanted to see the chalets) It came out: Are you with Bang Adventures? So.....I saw that and retyped "BANFF". That came out "BANG". He got a good laugh over that.

Thanks, I'll explore CCleaner settings later.
