My laptop wants me to set up a time for it. Ugh.

I'm hearing that it won't support Google/Firefox/etc.?

Also heard that "Control Panel" becomes "Computer Management" but they aren't the same.

As I know nothing, it could take a while for me to find my way back. lol

I can't comment without a screen cap of the notification. This sounds "phishy"... If Microsoft were releasing an upgrade that defeats the two most popular browsers, I'm sure you'd hear about it. Also... when in doubt, Google IS your friend. Enter the notification VERBATIM in the search field... you'd be surprised by the results.

My Windows 10 computer installed the December update today. My primary browser is Google Chrome. Since the computer updated, Chrome won't launch. Are there any fixes for this issue?

I first heard about all this from a FB friend who is computer-geeky. We ran backups on everything last night, just in case.

Uninstall and reinstall Chrome but keep your Chrome preferences.
