Jab, do you know what the script is for putting page-up and page-down buttons on a forum page?

A simple way would be

   <----- that's the anchor
bottom of page

full page of blah blah

   <-----that's another anchor
Goto top of page

Standing back a little and re-reading what I posted and what you asked, I noticed that I'm more brain damaged than I thought.

Forget part of the last post. That'll give you just ordinary text links to top and bottom.
For buttons you would need to replace the text between the tags with

as in

Of course you would have to know the location of your gif or jpg or png and point to that.

Now which forum would you want to apply that? Yuku? PHPBB? Any other? There might be other ways to implement what you want.

This is going into Yuku forums.  I am going to look for pointing hands to use as my buttons.

I have a font that's all hand gestures if you want it... yes... even including "that one".

Yeah but does it work in IE, Firefox and other browsers?

No... but you can use it in photoshop or another paint program to make your bottons.

Thanks, Sid.  I'll see if they work.

I can send you the TTF. That way, you can install it in your Fonts folder and use them directly in your "paint" or photo program.

Sid, it didn't work.  I tried opening the file with GIMP and kept getting a message that the file wasn't recognized.  I can open it to view with the image viewer but can't do any editing or even save it.

Not to worry.  I can make a text button with one of the free button generators online.

Try right clicking on it in explorer and then see if there is a install... option.

BTW, does YUKU allow the use of JS libraries? Otherwise you could actually use SIFR or CUFON for multibrowser font replacement.

I don't have IE as my browser, Derag.  I use Firefox, plus I have Ubuntu as my OS not Windoze.  Ubuntu doesn't recognize the file extension of Sid's file.

I'm not a communist, I'm a socialist, like our president.    Image

I'm going to use text buttons - I downloaded a few font sets today from the Ubuntu repositories, including arrows.
