No good.  It just says "downloading from site" and then goes on and on with nothing ever coming.

I had the same problem in Internet Explorer, Jim. If you have Firefox, try it and let me know. There's more than one way to fix it. I downloaded the SWF file to my hard drive. I can probably upload it to my site and go from there.
