A man accused of robbing a Molino, Florida, pharmacy in 2010 while wearing underwear on his head has been ruled competent to stand trial, website NorthEscambia.com reports.

Joseph Daniel Flowers, 58, is facing multiple charges in the September 2010 robbery of a pharmacy with a firearm. He also faces several drug charges.

On Monday a judge denied a defense motion to renew competency concerns for Flowers, whose trial is set to begin Thursday.

Flowers is alleged to have robbed the pharmacy wearing a bathrobe, slippers, yellow kitchen gloves and underwear on his head. He is being held at Escambia County jail without bond.
