Okay...just what the HELL is going on with people setting helpless animals on fire lately? I honestly don't remember case after case after case happening like this, and not just in the US, all over the place. I mean, there are perpetual cases of abuse.....far too many cases of police shooting family dogs.....but fire? Seriously??

Two weeks ago, Tidus was happily playing in the park with his owner, a normal evening walk/play socializing with other dogs… All of a sudden, Tidus was nowhere to be seen.
There he was, tied to a fence, she called him but he doesn’t come, he twists and whimpers in agony.

Tidus had been burned alive. Someone dozed him in alcohol and set him alight.

Judging by the extent and depth of the burns, for a time that must have seemed like an eternity Tidus was transformed into a ball of fire. 75% of his body presents third degree burns, both the epidermis and dermis have been consumed by the fire.

I don't know what kind of sick SOB's are doing this, but if this is something learned on the internet or from some electronic toy, I hope they all blow up at one time.

Certainly the world has gone "nuts". There has been the sport of killing the homeless going on for years, too.

It's part that. It's part dog fighting ring auditions. It's part gang initiations. It's people being cruel on a dare.

All awful reasons.

I wish now I had not read this. I honestly can't handle reading things like this or watching the commercial on TV from the SPCA showing all the abused and neglected animals. We have such a huge piece of land on which we live that if I could I would rescue every unwanted, abused, neglected, hurt animal and bring them here. I know everyone in this area knows we are one phone call away if there is a need for us to take anyones animals that need a good home.

All the abuse is senseless and just plain evil. The people who do these things needs to be put to death.

She's a real gem.

Other doctors described her as a sexual sadist and narcissist with an anti-social personality disorder and sociopathic tendencies.

Another!

Animal Care and Control officials said it happened late Monday night on West 27th Street. A 1-year-old male pit bull was tied to a chain-link fence, doused in gasoline and set on fire.

"I was watching television and I heard this sound like whoosh, and then I heard the dog yelping," neighbor Diana Perez Cruz said. "At first I hesitated about opening the door and he was yelping and ... it was just an eerie sound."

The flames went so high that a portion of a nearby tree 15 off the ground was burned.

You know Buddy is really lucky. Buddy is Jason H (my son's roommate)'s pitbull that his brother found on the streets of Philadelphia. Buddy is mild mannered and would have been one of those bait dogs they use to train the killers.

Lots of horrible, horrible people out there. I turn off those ads, too, Dee.
