A cop pulls over a car at a check stop and asks the driver "Why are you driving drunk?" The driver replies "Because officer, I am too drunk to walk!"
It could soon become illegal to stumble home drunk in one small town2 hrs ago
The small town of Bethel, Alaska, has proposed a ban on drunk walking. Drunk walking can lead to smudged shirts, stepped-on toes, toppled-over ice cream cones and awkward questions from children. “Why is that bare-chested man walking in a zigzag and wearing a Corona box like a helmet?” That's a question no mommy or daddy should have to answer. If the proposal passes, drunk walkers in the town of 6,100 will face a $200 fine if they’re caught on the verge of face-planting on the sidewalk. Of course, what no one asking is, how are people supposed to get home from bars now? Don’t tell us you can do less damage riding a Segway drunk.
