For some reason, my green beans just aren't very green. Big, but pale. I'm sure they're getting plenty of sun, water, food. What else could they need? Lime? Epsom salts? Egg shells?

Meanwhile, the tomato vines in the "Topsy Turvy" upside-down planters are so huge we're having a hard time finding a spot high enough to hang them so they aren't laying on the ground. lol

Every plant I touch, except lilacs and hosta, dies.

Edit: Just thought of this.
Many moons ago my ex and I did an experiment. We planted 2 rose bushes next to one another. I deliberately copied everything she did.
My rose bush died. Hers thrived and is still thriving after some 30 years.

LOL! My mom can "hard prune" things down to nubs and they explode with growth.

I took her advice...and murdered my lavender.
