Back before he lost his mind and decided to run for President, Trump and Melania were invited to the Clinton's for dinner. During the evening Trump received a call from nature and asked to use the bathroom (disgusting, I know). Given directions he went down the hall to the nominated door and went in. Much to his surprise he found that Bill had installed a lovely gold urinal that he took full advantage of.

On their way home that night The Donald expounded on how impressed he had been with Bill's lavatory equipment and suggested it would befit a man of his massive wealth, influence, prestige and tiny hands to have a similar but much larger appointment installed in his private comfort station. A few days later Melania ran into Hillary on the street and happened to mention the new addition to Chez Trump's lavatory.

Later that day Hillary got home and tracked down Bill: "Well, I found out who peed in your saxophone", she said.

Ok, going to take my tenor in for fumigation, just in case.
