I would LOVE to have a veggie garden and chickens. Believe it or not our city just passed a bylaw to allow chickens in the city limits too! But, I only have a 4x8 ft patio, a 2 or 3 month good growing season with occasional hail thrown in. I do face south which would be ideal for veggies. The chickens wouldn't be allowed by the condo board. Maybe we should invest in one of those compact greenhouses designed for very small spaces. I could have a much longer growing season. I must investigate.
