5'10"

5'5". Pretty short. I had to lie about my height to get into the army.

5'8" a giant

6' 1" (Although, in the interest of full disclosure, that's rounded up from about 1/4" less than that.)

I'm 5'5" and the giant in my family. My mom is only 4'11".

I'm 5' 2" and a smidge. I'm surprised how many others are here that are 5'2"! Usually I'm the short one (though, at work, most of the people on the teaching faculty are short, which is really funny...we joke that we're always short staffed). People often think I'm taller than I am, though I'm not sure why. I don't wear heels or anything to pretend I'm taller, but until I stand next to someone else they know is short and realize I'm about the same height, they seem to think I'm several inches taller. GOP, pretty sure the Republican party has a post somewhere with a line painted on it and a llitle sign, "You must be this tall to enter". Somewhere, sometime, someone must have commissioned a poll to show that, not only do Republicans contribute more to charity, they are also taller.

edit: Come to think of it, my dad was a Republican, and over 6' tall. Mom was a democrat, and about 5' tall. All of us kids are somewhere in the middle and politically confused. It must all be genetic.
