He's right.  What he doesn't acknowledge, though, is that the Tea Party and the Occupy movement are really two halves of the same coin.  The "capitalist", or, more correctly, the "corporatist" system is failing the same way and for the same reasons the Russian "communist" system failed.  The Russian system didn't fail because it "stole freedoms" or was "evil" or dictatorial.  It failed because it no longer served the majority of the people.  Too much power and wealth was concentrated at the top.
