My precious little Billy started his life in a plastic garbage bag stuffed in a window well. He's now 9 years old.

I saw a video about this yesterday. The foster mom said that the woman who's dog found them heard the two crying inside the bag. She reached in and was horrified to find the remains of the other kittens in pieces and stuck to the living two. Awww, poor babies. Great doggie!
