I've found some music I wouldn't normally take a liking to end up appealing to me after hearing/seeing it in a movie clip or trailer.

This thread would be a place to post your examples of your favorite movie music clips / trailers.

I'll start with a classic (well, not quite that old). From the Ferris Bueller's Day Off movie, Twist and Shout!

I normally wouldn't post an amatuer cam taping of a concert to highlight a composer but this one really worked. Enjoy.

gyorgi ligeti was a fantastic composer. one of the giants of the 20th century music scene.

I knew you would "get" that one.

yeah.  i am a big ligeti fan.

While not a big Ligeti fan, his music was more than appropriately applied in the film - and I am a BIG 2001: A Space Odyssey fan. I am as enthralled by that movie today as I was when it was first released.
