I agree on the white bread oskar. I usually eat everything on wheat or  millet/chia bread with some rye thrown in when I can find some good stuff. The last time I thought I'd like my bologna on white bread I almost gagged. Isn't that strange? I grew up on white bread. I ended up throwing the entire loaf out for the birds. 

Marbled rye
Salami
Swiss cheese
Sauerkraut (I can take it or leave it)
Thousand Island dressing or mustard

Commercial kraut is usually too vinegary.

Ever have a Monte Christo sandwich?

I've always rinsed canned/jarred kraut. lol. Too salty!

I don't like a Monte Christo, sorry. I prefer plain sandwiches with one meat, cheese and condiments. No club sandwiches either. And dammit, no bacon unless it's a BLT.
