Combine marmalade, curry powder mix, a bit of dry mustard and some garlic powder together and slather it on a boneless pork loin roast. Baste while cooking @ 325-350F.

Add a bit of water from time to time so the sugar in the marmalade doesn't caramelize. It's a bi*tch to clean up afterwards if you don't.
