Zoe's Kitchen. Mediterranean food. Although I'm not a huge fan, it was good.
http://zoeskitchen.com/Home.aspxChicken Salad Chick. All manner of chicken salad, of which we sampled 4 varieties. All good. But! Their grape salad was fricken' fantastic! If you're interested, it's a great story of how this little enterprise came about at their web site.
http://www.chickensaladchick.com/Here is a copycat recipe for the grape salad. One person said it's like crack, lol.
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream, (can use light)
1 cup white sugar
2 lbs. red seedless grapes
2 lbs. green seedless grapes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and white sugar. (May use hand mixer.) Fold in grapes which have been removed from stem and washed. Pour into 10x10 inch dish. Combine brown sugar and nuts and sprinkle on top Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
Serve. (makes 10 servings so adjust as needed)
Panera Bread. Had a great, varied menu and their mac & cheese is yummy! Wish I'd had the time to try all of their baked goods. Had a bite of their apple (something?) pastry and that tiny bit was chocked full of apple! I was impressed and it was delicious.
