1 yellow cake mix
1 cup melted butter or marg.
1 cup chopped nuts
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 16 oz. can pumkin


Mix the eggs, sugar, evaporated milk, cinnamon and pumkin in order..... Pour in greased and floured 9X13 pan.
Sprinkle cake mix on top, dribble with margarine, sprinkle nuts on top.

Bake one hour @ 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle. Once baked and cooled serve with cool whip on top.
