I love chicken wings ~ and I love the many many many different ways to prepare them ~ Kathy was looking for some wings' recipes for a "wings face-off" ~ I have not tried this recipe yet, but it sounds delicious to me ~ ENJOY! ~ Sooz

Ultimate Chicken Wings

2 lb. chicken wings (about 12), split, tips removed
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup prepared Good Seasons Asian Sesame with Ginger Dressing
1 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place chicken wings in single layer in shallow foil-lined baking pan. Bake 15 minutes, or until browned. While wings are cooking, combine marmalade, dressing, and garlic powder.

Brush marmalade mixture generously over both sides of wings. Continue baking 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

Notes:

Most full-service grocery stores have frozen chicken wings that are already split.

The "Good Seasons" dressings are the dried packets in the salad dressing section.

I decided to keep my chicken wings recipes together so that will be easier to find, at least for me ~ :b ~ ENJOY! ~ Sooz

Mahogany Chicken Wings

3 pounds chicken wings, split and tips discarded
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons chile sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Place chicken in a shallow, medium dish. In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, molasses, chile sauce, ground ginger and garlic. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate approximately 1 hour, turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a large baking dish, arrange chicken in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven approximately 50 minutes, brushing with remaining soy sauce mixture often and turning once, until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.

Notes:

I generally do the marinating in a big plastic ziplock bag [as opposed to a covered dish], and I turn the bag over a couple of times during the frig time.

Here's another ~ ENJOY! ~ Sooz

Glazed Chicken Wings

12 whole chicken wings OR 2-1/2 pounds of uncooked chicken wing sections
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce

If using whole wings, cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip section. Place in a greased 13"x 9"x 2" baking dish. Combine barbecue sauce, honey and soy sauce; pour over wings. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
