Katy, I'll ask my mom because I can't give you proportions ~ for 6 whole eggs [12 pieces], I mash the yolks with a fork ~ then I use maybe 3 or 4 tbsps Hellman's lite mayo, a couple of squirts of yellow mustard, a splash of vinegar, sometimes a tbsp or two of sweet pickle relish, salt, and pepper ~ I had deviled eggs at a get-together recently that I really loved ~ instead of yellow mustard and pickle relish, they used horseradish sauce [not regular horseradish] and minced chives ~ I'll try to get the real proportions for you ~
